At REAIO, we are always trying to find new ways to help Real Estate Agents and Brokers gain qualified Real Estate leads in the simplest, cost effective, and as pain free as possible.  One of the first things that we did for Real Estate Agent listing pages was eliminate the long forms with lots of fields to fill in and replaced it with a Facebook Login button.  By using the power and security of Facebook, leads are able to click a button and allow REAIO to pre-fill forms with their name and email.  This eliminates a few things:

1. We know that the lead is a real person.  Facebook did a clean up a few years back that made sure that real people had profiles.
2. Leads don’t have to take time out to fill in their email and name anymore because once they click the Login With Facebook button and click continue, their information can easily be used anywhere on your listing page to submit their information to you.  So your leads are quickly entering into your marketing automation funnel with REAIO and you can have your introductory email sent to your lead instantaneously. And will continue to go through your marketing automation funnel that we have built for you!
3. We make the process faster and simpler.  You don’t have a lot of time because in today’s society, there are so many distractions that can take your possible lead’s attention.  And many are on their mobile phone so they don’t have time for a lot of text.  That’s why we choose to build most of our pages with a clean white background and black text with good typography.

We use a very professional looking landing page that has a background image (typically a house) and a form.  But what we do is we add a transparent white overlay that first welcomes the possible real estate lead from a Facebook Ad with Header Text, the Agent’s information and a clear Call To Action, a ‘Log In With Facebook’ button.  What this does it welcomes the user with a button that they have seen and used before and it helps build even more credibility with the possible lead that they can trust you with their information if they want to provide it.
